Delete your SnapClaim account

If you would like to delete your SnapClaim account and associated data, please send a deletion request using the email address linked to your SnapClaim account.

This page explains how to request deletion, what data is typically deleted, what data may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons, and the expected processing timeframe.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us from the same email address linked to your SnapClaim account, where possible.
  2. Use the subject line Delete my SnapClaim account.
  3. Include your full name and the email address associated with the account.

What we delete

  • Your SnapClaim account profile and login details associated with your app account.
  • Uploaded receipt images and related account data stored in SnapClaim that is no longer required to be retained.
  • Claim records and account-linked information that can be removed in accordance with our internal retention practices.

What we may retain

  • Limited records we are required to keep for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance purposes.
  • Technical logs, backup records, and audit information for a limited period where reasonably necessary for operational or security reasons.

Timeframe

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 7 business days. In some circumstances, deletion from backups or archived systems may take longer, or certain records may be retained for the minimum period required by law or legitimate operational needs.
